2 | Eligibility
Age 18 or age‑of‑majority in place of residence, whichever is higher.
Void where prohibited or where receipt of crypto‑assets is restricted.
Residents of Mainland China (PRC, excluding Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan) are not eligible to redeem, pursuant to local cryptocurrency rules.
Employees, contractors, and officers of Sponsor or its affiliates may receive the mailing but are ineligible to redeem unless Sponsor expressly permits.
To avoid conflicts of interest, you warrant that accepting the 10 N will not violate any existing sponsorship or exclusivity obligations you have with third parties.
3 | Promotion Period
QR cards are mailed on or about June, 25th 2025. Codes must be redeemed within 180 days of that mailing; unclaimed codes expire thereafter.
4 | How to Redeem
Scan the unique QR code.
Follow on‑screen prompts to submit a self‑custodied NEAR‑compatible wallet address you control (exchange‑hosted addresses are ineligible).
The first valid claim credits 75 NEAR tokens (“75 N”) to that address. Codes are void after initial successful redemption.
Sponsor is not liable for incorrect or lost wallet addresses, network errors, or subsequent token transfers.
If you create any public content (social post, video, podcast, article, etc.) that references this Promotion, NEAR, or the 75 N you received, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you received the tokens for free.
5 | Verification & Compliance
Sponsor may conduct Know‑Your‑Customer, anti‑money‑laundering, or sanctions screening before or after redemption and may withhold, cancel, or claw back the gift if results are unsatisfactory or law so required.
6 | Token Details & Disclaimers
Tokens are provided “as‑is,” for personal utility within the NEAR ecosystem—not as an investment and without expectation of profit.
Sponsor makes no representations about present or future value, liquidity, legal status, or functionality of the tokens.
Recipient warrants the tokens are received solely for personal use, are not consideration for creating promotional content, and will not be resold or transferred with any expectation of profit.
Recipient shall not mention or predict token price, market performance, or trading returns in any content about NEAR or this Promotion.
7 | Taxes
These tokens may be deemed taxable income or promotional consideration in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for all filings, self-employment taxes, and (if requested by Sponsor) returning a completed tax form (e.g., IRS Form W-9 / W-8BEN, UK SA103, etc.)
8 | Privacy
Personal data (mailing details, KYC information) is processed per the NEAR Foundation Privacy Policy (https://near.foundation/privacy/) and used only to administer this Promotion and compliance checks.
9 | Limitation of Liability
Except for liability that cannot legally be limited, Sponsor and its affiliates:
disclaim all indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; and
cap direct liability to the face value of 75 N per Recipient.
Sponsor is not responsible for postal delays, theft, destruction, or technical failures affecting redemption. Recipient further agrees to indemnify Sponsor for any regulatory fines or third-party claims arising from Recipient’s failure to provide required influencer disclosures or from presenting the tokens as an investment.
10 | General Conditions
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, force‑majeure, regulatory changes, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs administration.
Sponsor may disqualify any person tampering with the redemption process or violating these Rules or applicable law.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
11 | Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Rules—and any dispute or claim (contractual or otherwise)—are governed by Swiss law, exclusive of Swiss conflict‑of‑law rules. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zug, Switzerland, unless a mandatory rule of your local jurisdiction applies.
